By using our products or digital platforms, you agree to abide by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please discontinue using our services immediately.

We reserve the right to update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Device Usage & User Responsibilities

Our hardware wallets are designed to securely store digital assets. By purchasing and using these devices, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Safeguard backup phrases, private keys, and access codes
• Refrain from tampering, modifying, or disassembling the hardware
• Take full responsibility for all authorized transactions
• Verify transaction details before approval
• Keep device firmware up to date for optimal security

You acknowledge that the security of your digital assets is solely your responsibility.

3. Account Creation & Security

Certain services may require creating a user account. In such cases, you must:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration
• Keep login credentials confidential and report any breaches promptly
• Not share your account with unauthorized persons
• Understand that violations may result in account suspension or termination

Users must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform—including software, graphics, logos, and text—is owned by Litinex Inc. and protected under intellectual property laws. You are granted limited permission for personal use only and may not:

Cryptocurrency management involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Litinex Inc. is not liable for damages including but not limited to:

• User errors or device failures
• Unauthorized access due to compromised credentials
• Losses from misplaced backup information
• System outages, blockchain forks, or protocol changes
• Market fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency value
• Third-party wallet or exchange disruptions
• Damage caused by misuse or accidents

Products are provided "as-is" without warranties. Financial liability is limited to the purchase price, subject to local laws.

6. Data Privacy

We prioritize your privacy and collect only essential information, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your private keys and recovery phrases remain solely under your control and are never stored on our systems. Strong security measures protect all other collected data.

7. Prohibited Activities

Our services must not be used for illegal purposes, including but not limited to:

• Waiver of class action participation

Arbitration is the preferred method for resolving disputes.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. Upon termination:

• Access to the account is immediately revoked
• Information may be permanently deleted
• Existing obligations remain enforceable
• Intellectual property and liability provisions continue beyond termination
