Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for unopened, factory-sealed hardware wallets within 30 days of delivery. To maintain security standards, returned items must comply with the following:

  • Product remains in original packaging with seals intact
  • All anti-tamper indicators and authentication holograms untouched
  • Proof of purchase, such as receipt or order confirmation, required
  • Complete set including accessories, manuals, and recovery components
  • Hardware serial numbers must match our distribution records

Note: Opened or compromised products are not eligible for return to ensure user security.

2. Refund Process & Timing

After we review and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days:

  • Funds returned to the original payment method (credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer)
  • Cryptocurrency refunds are converted to USD at current rates at the time of reimbursement
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective
  • Return shipping costs are customer responsibility unless the item arrived damaged
  • International refunds may incur currency conversion fees

You will receive an email once the refund is completed. Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 business days.

3. Handling Defective or Damaged Items

If your hardware wallet is defective or compromised upon arrival, contact us immediately for a free replacement:

  1. Email support@Litinex.com within 14 days of receipt
  2. Provide order reference and detailed photos or videos showing the issue
  3. Technical team reviews claims within 24 hours
  4. Approved returns receive prepaid return shipping labels
  5. Replacement devices shipped within 1–2 business days after receipt

Replacement shipping costs are covered both ways. Priority shipping options are available on request.

4. Warranty Coverage

All hardware wallets include a two-year protection plan covering:

  • Manufacturing defects and component failures
  • Internal system malfunctions
  • Issues with display, controls, or connectivity
  • Software or firmware malfunctions
  • Defective power adapters or cables

Exclusions: Damage from misuse, accidents, liquid exposure, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear is not covered.

Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims and may involve technical inspection.

5. Return Shipping Guidelines

To ensure safe returns, please follow these steps:

  • Use original packaging or equivalent protective materials
  • Include all accessories and original documentation
  • Ship via trackable courier with proof of delivery
  • Package securely to prevent damage in transit
  • Avoid marking or labeling factory packaging directly

For returns over $200, we recommend obtaining shipping insurance. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

6. Special Cases & Exceptions

We assess the following situations individually:

  • Incorrect Item Shipped: Full refund including shipping
  • Damage During Transit: Free replacement with priority shipping
  • Delivery Delays: Contact us to discuss solutions
  • Bulk Returns: Terms arranged with our commercial team
  • Gift Returns: Accepted with original buyer authorization
